Sweden second best in using Internet

According to  the annual study “The  Global Information Technology Report” from World Economic Forum Sweden is second best in the world in using IT. The method for measuring the use of Internet is called Networked Readiness Index (NRI).  NRI measure the degree of preparation of a nation or community to participate in and benefit from ICT developments. First is Denmark, fourth Finland, eighth Iceland and tenth Norway. US is in seventh place.
